Tulip

Tulip, originally uploaded by Bruce McKay~YSP.

I took this image while at the Riversong Cafe in Telegraph B.C.
I was happy to see tulips whenI went to eat dinner at the Stikine River Song in Telegraph Creek B.C. with my adopted family of Lindsay and her husband Nuni. We escaped from the student fieldtrip long enough to have a quiet dinner.

Bear With Me Please

I took a personal day today and drove to Dease Lake today to get boat trailer license plate. I took my paper work as instructed and when I got there after a 3 hour drive they said I should of brought the trailer for a visual check.... something they failed to tell me I needed to do. So I need to do another roadtrip... cost of living in northern B.C.. I drove back and was rewarded by this bruin. Along the way I saw one grouse, five rabbits, six elk, one caribou, one hawk, and three bears... (no Goldilocks). Okay so maybe the drive wasn't so bad after all.
